When Is GFE Reqired
When applying for a mortgage, at what point MUST the lender provide a GFE?
I thought that once they have quoted rate, terms, fess etc., a GFE was required.
The guys (from Costco) are sending me all the data w/o wanting to be bound by the GFE!

That is a tough call. Are you looking to sell the houses?? or keep them as rentals?
Even though it might not be the best area, you should be generating cash flow.
Are you close to the homes?
Can you get the properties professionally managed?
