South Florida Lending Environment
I own 6 properties/15 units with 5 mortgages and 4 helocs. They cash flow slightly positive. Other than cash or hard money financing, are there any other options for financing new deals in my situ? With the appraisal posse destroying everything down here, the market values are under water.
