No Seasoning Refinance?
I am doing a cash out refinance on an investment property to purchase another. How can I get my cash back quickly for other opportunities? I dont think I can do a cash out refinance on the second property without seasoning. Could I do an FHA no cash out refinance of the second to pay back the first?
