anyone know how I can go about finding a private investor willing to purchase home .. Sale date is JULY 16th! Sherriff sale that is .. looking for investor willing to do lease option with orginal owner or owners neice .. Owner was given bad help and in the end nothing was accomplished and is now out of money paid for loss mititgation services... all info is welcome .. time is runing out and the sale date is Friday the 16th at 11 am :-?

    Guess I'm too late to help. Calling the President of your local RE club might have helped. Or placing an ad that says "Kick Me While I'm Down!"
