Where Would I Locate L/O Tenants With Good Down Payments?

I do sandwich leases and I have a website and a business line for potential tenants to call about my property. I advertise via online ads, news papers,word of mouth, realtors and Bandit signs. Most tenants that call me seem to want something for nothing. They usually have $1000-$2000 down and want to pay below $1000 for rent. Is there a better way? I can't seem to get someone in my current L/O prperties. Thanks for any advice in advance!

  • I run into this alot to. You have to get people into the house to look at it and then sell them on the rent to own concept. Create some competition. Get several interested parties there at the same time. Surprisingly, they'll come up with at least 3%. Good luck.
