hey everybody i am new to all of these so im trying to start out as a bird watcher first. i have two people who want to buy homes but how do i find a broker or agent for them and would that be consider a lead and can i get paid for it, and is that what a bird watcher do.
The Moderator here (John "Cash" Locke) has a good e-book on bird-dogging. That would be the first place I would start, if I were you. Normally, real estate agents have pocket listings they give to their insiders, so listed properties are not usually really great deals. Just keep your eyes and ears open. Deals are everywhere if you know what to look for.
