I just attended the CO rei convention in Denver and heard Wendy speak. She was quite convincing and informative. SO much so that I shelled out $750 for her course (mainly for the powerpoint presentations).
I have not thought much of this technique in the past but was reallly impressed after hearing her and Peter Conti speak on the subject.
I have a young protege I am training and he is putting together his first deal using the principles he picked up there this weekend.
What has been your experience with either LO, Wendy, or Peters program?
I figure to sell the program on Ebgay when I am done like I usually do and thereby take the meat out, get reimbursed for a significant part and look for my next deal/educational opportunity

What did the convention and the powerpoint presentations consist of exactly?
I believe they are presentations to real estate agents.

They were mainly presentations that can be used for realtors (to get them to feed you properties) and can be adapted to other groups as well apparently. I am in the process of raising private funding, I have set a goal of 2 million and every little bit helps. I have raised about 1/4 in that last two months and a well done presentation is vital (in my mind) to install confidence and credibility.

Likewise, I attend REAPS Seattle and heard Wendy speak. Definately will pay the $80 or so to hear her for a full day.

I was mesmerized by her at the convention where I heard her speak. She was slated for an hour and spoke for almost 2 hours. Really gave more than her share and had a lot of meat to her presentation. I am looking at her goals setting program to try and refine mine (all part of her package).
