The Way You Go About Your Business???

let me try to clarify something maybe a benifit for everyone 1. i have to place ads in papers "i buy homes" get my phone ringing so i can screen for potentials for myself entering with them the concept of a lease option 2. look for homes that i can and will increase in value over a term of 5 years that i can rent to own the home to a first time buyer or one looking to rebuild thier credit 3. choose the house and sign the contracts So i need advice on something - how are you guys selling the concept to ppl that is working for you all???
