I was curious if anyone uses the "I buy houses" signs that have become so popular, and if so, what type of response are you getting from these? Like everyone else, I'm looking for motivated sellers and looking for some ideas to get my phone ringing. Thanks.

Bandit signs are banned where am at.... stiff fines...might want to check with local city laws...
