Setting Up An REI Business
Should a business be created before getting my first investment done? And when I do create a business, what type of business should I create? LLC, Corp, Limited Partnership, etc. If someone can inform me what they do and how it works for them, it would be appreciated.....also maybe the pro's and con's about anything. Thanks in advance!

Personally, I think that you need to do a few deals and decide if REI is what you want to do before investing $$$ into creating a business entity that you may not use or want.
