Seeing A Lawyer About Contracts Soon.
I found a lawyer willing to review my contracts. She didn't seem completely savy in regards to creative real estate, but she is willing to work with me on getting the contracts done up for Illinois, at a reasonable rate. What are the critical contracts I need to get done/reviewed at this point to do a lease purchase? I'm speaking of buying from a motivated seller...and also selling on lease option to a buyer?
I would find another that is savvy about real estate contracts. My Gut Feeling...
