Sale And Lease-Back
As I am planning to enter into a sale ande lease-back contract, i still have a few questions remaining concerning the one dollar purchase back option. - I want to avoid recharacterization ( by the IRS). - To avoid that contract's substance is contradictive with the form (i.e. Sale lease-back). I am gratefull to anyone who can advise me on this. Who can help me out on this topic.
