Question From Sellers: How Many Deals Have You Done?
Hello,
I have just begun real estate investing in the lease option market and a problem I am coming across from sellers is, "how many other houses have you done like this?"
As I just started my real estate investment career, I don't have any other houses that I have done. What is an honest answer I can give the seller without scaring them away thinking I am too inexperienced?

Yes,
I have bought 2 houses. Just have never done a lease option. Seems people get nervous and want to know that I have successfully done it with other people.
However, I like your answer. I will give it a shot.
