What I would do is send you a emailed copy of the appraisal and if you like the home, I would do the deal, close in my name, then assign the loan to you after the wire has taken place. We handle all collections and foreclosures. I have plenty of deals. I would need your name and address so I could mail you our investor package. Pretty simple.
