Once I Cllose On My House(Bid Got Accepted!!!), When Should I Start Looking For T/B?
I do want to make some cosmetic changes, but how soon should I start advertising the house? Should I advertise while repairs are being made?
What do you guys think?

Advertise the property as soon as possible. If you know, for example, you only have about 2 weeks left until you are finished advertise with a line like...
"Available November, 15th"
Are you picking up what I am putting down or should I go into further detail?

I advertise immediately with one exception... when repairs or changes are needed... first impressions are everything and set the stage for your tenant or buyer
