No Down Payment

mariko profile photo

I am just a beginning investor and wanted to know if anyone knows if its possible, in real life, to buy something with no or very low down payment and is there a list of real estate people that would work with you findings an investment. I have a deadline to make 2 or more purchases by November, and is there actually hard money outthere to help you buy if your credit is not that great? confused Thank you very much, Mariko

    YES!
I just purchased 4 homes this spring with 100% LTV investor loans.
    What is your credit score?

To find hard money lenders, try advertising in your newspaper, looking under "lenders" on this website, or doing an internet search for "hard money".

    Good Luck!
