Need To Find Proper Paperwork And REI Attorney
I have a possible L/O deal about to happen (my first), but I don't know where I may be able to find the necessary legal documents, or where to find a good REI attorney in my area for these documents quickly. Any ideas?
As for finding good real estate attorneys in your area, start by networking with people you know, friends, colleagues. If you know any real estate agents (either directly or indirectly), ask them. Title insurance companies. Real estate appraising offices. Your best bet, I think, will be to inquire in your "spheres of influence."
I agree with Nancy, you can also try you local REI group.
