Need Some Help With Legal Forms
I am the owner and lease option on my property. the current optioner has let the place get run down and he still has another 9 months till he can exercise the option. the housing market boomed this past summer when the hurricanes hit florida so it would be real profitable if i can get the contract voided. i live out of state and need a form to designate an authorized agent and also need a form to layout repairs that need to be made within 15 days of reciept. i talked with a lawyer and he could do everything but needs a 2500 retainer in case it goes to court. i can do the forms myself and if it comes down to a legal battle i will go with a lawyer but i may be able to handle it on my own without one. my email is www.wtownsend5ATcox.net
