Need Help... No Forms!
Greetings all... first post here at TCI.
I have three deals in the wings, but desperately need an option contract (not lease option). I've looked high and low, and Ron Legrand's book said the forms were on his website, but they are NOT. :(
Willing to help promote a home you are selling on our company's National radio network (175+ radio stations nationwide) as a thank you for the assistance.

Options are very simple Agreements. You can find them for free (or close to free) all over the Net if you search.
Contact your local Real Estate Investment Club. It's right there in Denver. Bill Bronchick runs it, and he will probably just give you one of his.
