Need Advice
Good Morning.
I have a situation that I need help with. My wife and I own a house that we are currently trying to sell. We had a young lady call us Sunday and was wondering if we would consider a land contract or rent to own. My wife and I would consider this route, as we want to discontinue normal renting of the property. My question is, we have never done a land contract or a rent to own, how would we go about setting this up, so that we can help this lady and her family out and get them into this house.
Sorry for being so long, just wanted to make sure I explained the situation fully.
