Looking For Tenant/buyers In Lawrenceville, GA
Hello, I am a new landlord with a great, like new 2 br./2ba. house in Lawrenceville, GA (near Atlanta). It is vacant now, and I am looking to find a tenant/buyer for a lease purchase or just sell it. How can I (1) find someone who will bring a tenant/buyer to me and help me structure the L/O, or (2) find someone who will buy it from me, with no real estate commissions. If I sell it, I can't sell it for a huge discount (not enough equity), so that's why I thought I'd better lease/purchase it. Thanks!
Place an ad in AJC, Creatvie Loafing, or web property listing service. I used AJC before, and I got a contract on my house a week after my ad was printed.
