Looking For Lease Option - Primary Residence
Wondering if any of you veterans out there have and good resourses or websites for locating lease options.
I live in Orlando/Kissimmee Florida and I am looking for one for a primary residence. Just not able to find many leads... the newspaper is lacking in this area.
Check the GOUPS tab, at the top of this page. i think there is one in San Jose.
Also, regarding the bank. The bank is not so much concerned with the amount they paid per month...that just shows them that they paid on time every month. The bank will be able to determine itself what they will give the person wanting a loan, not dictated so much by their past payment history with you.
It is very important though in the beginning if you are putting someone into a house that you get them together with your mortgage broker to find out what they have to do to be qualified to purchase the house down the road. That way there are no surprises in the end.
