I don't think you'll find too many agents (I am assuming you mean real estate agents)who specialize in L/O.
The reason being is that L/O don't produce a way for agents to get paid immediately.
Couple of options for them getting paid now is having the seller to pay cash out of pocket at the time of the conception of a L/O contract (highly unlikely), or two the agent taking a second from the seller, and getting cashed out when your end buyer cashes out the deal, which usually happens a year or two down the road.
