Looking For Investors In Canada - Need Financing To Buy A House For My Tenant/buyers!

I have tons of tenant/buyers ready and eager to do Rent to Own – problem is, I don’t have houses for them. I can’t possibly purchase a house all the time (I already have 2 mortgages in place) and I don’t have enough Sellers willing to do the rent to own – they prefer to sell their houses right now and in cash!

So if only I could find investors who can lend financing assistance in this regard, I am willing to work with you. Help me buy the houses so I can make them available as rent to own for my tenant/buyers. Give me your terms/financing and any ideas how we could work and make this a win-win situation for everyone.

    Sounds like your digging a hole for yourself.

    You name is going to be on a lot of documents (read: more liability)

    You should convice the sellers (motivated sellers, not retail sellers) that they won't get any cash when the home is foreclosed on. You are willing to work with them get the best situation for you and for them. Keep the financing in their name.

    You need homes before you need buyers, focus more on keeping the financing out of your name, and in the sellers

    Well its illegal to take over someones mortgage in Canada(excpet Alberta). There has to be a way around it

    eg. Land trust.

    I was waiting to hear from someone in Ontario that has done it....noones responded yet.
