Lease W/ Option
I have found a house in MI that is for 109thousand owner wants me to pay 800 month which 200 goes towrd the payment and he will match it every month? Does any one know if this is a good thing? Also can a owner decide that he doesnt want to sell anymore? Can he keep the money I have put in or does he have to give it back? Please help I know nouthing!!! :-?
