Lease W/Option Help With Forms In Texas .
Good morning. I am in Tx and will be leasing to a tenant with an option to buy within 12 months. Pls give information on having a lease and a seperate option. Hoping to find a site that has it and just take it to my very expensive attorney to just look over. My tenant wants to tie it up today. I am planning on taking his money and giving a receipt until the papers are ready. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Your RE attorney is the one to go to. He/she should be able to provide you with an appropriate lease and option to purchase form specific to your situation and state. I would never use a generic form, at least not until I am more experienced. Though I do believe you can locate a generic form by doing a specific search on the net for an outline to give your attorney. Again, if he/she is a competent experienced lawyer I would expect them to have the necessary forms ready to go.

Thanks for the reply Santa Clarita...I heard back from my attorney, and he said he would be glad to look over the forms. So.. Does anyone use a Legal site that has lease and option forms (preferably state specific)? I have always heard to use two seperate forms.. Any direction? thanks.
