Lease Options
I have a customer that would like me to buy their current home and lease it back to them. They have gotten behind and need some help before they lose their home. I have verified their income and they now can afford the home. I want to buy it and lease it to them with the option of them buying it back at a later date. Where can I find a good lease to buy contract. I heard That I could sell the contract to someone else later on the down the road? How do I do that? I live in Missouri and this customer is in Nebraska so I want to make sure I do this right.

County Websites might have them. Look under sheriffs sale, trustee sale or mine in king county says Notice of trustee sale.
I would call the Title companies and ask to be put on the foreclosure e-mail list. They e-mail out once a week, with updated information and its free.
