Lease Options
Hello....I am wondering if anyone from the Richmond, Virginia area does lease options . I have heard so much about due on sale clauses and illegal representations on subject to deals in other states ...Just interested in Virginia right now..Thanks so much for any reply...Bonclai
You're okay. Just never deceive the lender, always disclose that you are not the Owner, and make sure you give your T/B state disclosures if required. California is a tough L/O state. North Carolina is a tough sub2 state. Regardless of the state, take extra precautions (expect the best, but prepare for the worst) and operate an ethical business (with a paper trail to prove it).
