Lease Options....Can The Pros Answer This One?

tagroup profile photo

We are fairly new to Lease Options but have a little expierence. We are gathering info from here from there, contract here contract info there. All great info. Can you pros out there, point us into a direction of a successfull all in one course that we can start to jam on and stay focused? What do you all suggest in the area of Lease Options?

I want to thank you all in advance for feedback.

Chad

heh...I think they are all a waste of money.
Just ask anyone who's been to a Dolf de Roos and/or Gene Burns seminar. :-D

You don't need a whole course. A good book will do. Try Bronchick or Conti/Finkel. They both have excellent books, as a matter of fact, Conti and Finkel have a free e-book on this website under free products. It is titled "multiple streams of income...." and they have a pretty good follow up book that is like $11 on Amazon titled "Making Big Money Investing in Real Estate(without banks, tenants, or rehabs)" That book is exclusively l/o's. I have read it and recommend it. The forms you need are state specific anyway, so why buy a course?

    Chad,

I agree with Scott0049. Both Bronchick and Conti/Finkel are good sources of info on the subject of Lease Options. I have used their material and it continues to help me in my Lease Option deals. Good Luck.
