Lease Option - Tenant Buyers
Before I begin, I would like to follow the rules of TCI and I am not sure if this would fall under advertising and there is no place for me to put this. If someone could tell me I will not do this again - I think I'm border line.
But I live in Canada and I got a lead for Tenant/Buyer in New Jersey by an ad I placed here in my local paper. I really can't do anything with him cause it's complicated for me to form a corporation in USA in addition I don't know the area in New Jersey. But if you need a T/B email me.
