    More than likely it will do. However you may want to strike out a clause or two and add a couple.
    Once you get feet wet you will want more better. Over time you get the feel for how well you are protected by the clause you know you need.

    I reccomend that you get a contract that is state specific and definetly add clauses for protection. check US Legal www.forms.com they offer these at a pretty good price.
