Lead Based Paint Issue
Aren't we required by law to give a lead based paint warning if the house was built before 1978?
If so where do we get such info to attach to the L/O contract?
Also when we lease a house and then sublease it, should we file the sublease at the courthouse?

Yes you are..
you can order the booklets from HUD - for about $1 each - but we had them send us 1 and we photocopy it.
Right now I can;t seem to remember the official name of the booklet, but if you need it PM me and i;ll get the details to you.
Take a look at the freebies on this site; I think I saw both the booklet and the disclosure forms while I was looking around.
