Laws Against L/O Assignments
Hi Ya'll..... I just read a post in our forum (L/O) that some officials in certain states have laws against "Dealer of Options." (Looks like we're trying to be Realtors w/o the License) I am specifically looking at L/O w/ ASSIGNMENTS? So bad news for me ONLY in those particular states. Can someone please share with me the states that frown on L/O w/ assignments? Gracias......

Colorado, Kentucky, Alabama, and arguably any State if they want to make a case. Doesn't mean they are right or that they will win.
