L/O And Trusts In PA
I need to talk to someone getting the deeds in PA. I did it in Va but need some advise, esp. in the transfer tax area as well as the legal ramifications. Lawyers around here want to use land contracts. :-S They say trusts must be recorded! Anyone sucessful in PA? Please e-mail me. I'm now new to L/O and get the deed, just how to in PA?
