L/O And Trusts In PA
I need to talk to someone getting the deeds in PA. I did it in Va but need some advise, esp. in the transfer tax area as well as the legal ramifications. Lawyers around here want to use land contracts.
They say trusts must be recorded!
Anyone sucessful in PA?
