INVESTORS I HAVE A HOME FOR SALE

The home is valued at $129.9 other homes in the subdivision are selling for $165 and $175 thousand.The home needs some siding repairs and the swimming pool needs to be resurfaced. I would like to sell the home for $129.0 or even lease/option. I will owner fin with 12% down.

    You said the house is worth 130k. Is that the appraised value? If the house needs repairs then that needs to be figured into the price. How much equity do you have in it? Would you be willing to sell subject to your existing mortgage?

    What county is the house in?
