Investors Doing Lease Options
To all investors: Does anyone know if there are any licensing requirements or regulations in the state of Alabama, specifically around Auburn, for investors doing lease options? Is there a limit as to how many properties can be bought with or without a RE license? Thanks for your help! Sandra
