Important Items To Include In Contracts?
Hello,
I've been speaking with a lot of attorneys. I'm faxing some subject-to forms from John Locke's book over and I also wanted to have this attorney look over some lease option purchase forms. He told me he can look at them and it probably won't take too much modification. I have some free ones from the internet, but they don't look like that have a lot of provisions that cater to us investors.
If I have this attorney modify these forms what are some key things to have him include on:
Lease option agreement with a seller
and
Lease option agreement with a tenant buyer
in order to cover me.
