How to make sure your monthly payment is going to the lender

MarkB profile photo

Hello,

Big question; How can we guaruntee the monthly Lease payment is in fact being transfered by the owner to the lender.

Forinstance, If I lease Option for 5years then turn around and sublet for 2 years with option to buy. What is the best way to make sure the monthly lease payment I give the Owner gets to the lender?

Any tips?

    Hi MarkB,

I read that you could use a loan servicing company. This company makes sure that the lender is being paid and statements are sent out at certian times of the year. These statements are also helpful if the tenant buyer decides to purchase because there is record of timely payment . ( I believe I read this on this website)

    qbee777,

You read it right here on TCI. and most other places I have posted it as a method of making sure everything runs smoothly regarding payments.

You did a good job, telling it like it is.
