How To Execute
Hello all,
I had a lease option agreement to buy a property for over a year and now getting offers to buy the property from me:
the question is how do I execute this transaction?
do I have to exercise the option first? and buy the property in order to sell it?
If I do the above, will I be able to sell it to a buyer with a conventional loan that requires owner seasoning?
any other easy way to execute the sale?
will appreciate your experts comments.
