How can I get this deal done.
I am new to RE Investing and I found a house that I like. The owner is willing to do a lease option or lease. I am checking comps to see how the list price works with the comps. If there is several thousand in the deal, how do I get it done. The property has been listed for 220 Days, but they just reduced the price. The previous list was 449,500, and they changed the list price to 429,000 - 449,500 variable listing.
