Home Warranty Programs
I'm a newbie investor that recently acquired two single family homes both are being rehabbed. My exit strategy for both is to do a 3 year rent to own.
I'm considering purchasing home warranties for both properties and would like comments/feedback on if they are worth purchasing.

In my past experience with Home Warranties, i think they are a waist of $$$. Its my own personal opinion, because i had a bad experience. I am also a newbie investor, do you mind if i ask how you find your RE properties? Do you use a realtor? I am looking to find how i can get some good leads.
Thanks for the reply. I've only been finding properties through Realtors. I found three that are listing agents for REO's and they constantly are informing me of new properties even sometimes before they post to the MLS. What are your target areas? Maybe I can refer you to some people.
