HELP! Lease Purchase Advice & Agreement Needed!
Does anyone have a good (online)source I can quickly reference to get all the basics of how to structure a Lease Purchase as the Seller/Landlord? I am also trying to locate somewhere I can download an LP contract/agreement at no cost . . . any help is GREATLY appreciated! THANKS In Advance. Jenny

Free l/o contracts are very hard to work with and probably will not help you, only confuse you. Becarefull.
thanks for the comments. I've been able to get a hold of the GA realtor's l/p contract among other standard ones. They will give me a good idea of what to incorporate into my own. Really I'd like to understand the logistics of how l/p agreements work.
