Help! Can I Actually Invest In A Market Like This?!?!?!
I live in Phoenix and the market is going nuts. Prices are on a fast rise, actually more like a run, and it is an absolute sellers market. I am a newb and just want to know what I can do in a market like this. It is frustrating to try to start under these market conditions. Help!

I think your strategy depends on how risk tolerant you are. Personally, I am pretty conservative, so I would recommend that you buy only properties that you are prepared to hold for the long term if you get stuck with the "hot potato" when the local market cools off. It would seem like you are in a good market for pre-construction and other flips for the time being though.
