I am a new investor. I would like to get into fix and flip. Help is needed finding a hardmoney lender that does not require a high credit score. Help an advice needed. :-?

Have you tried the lenders tab at the top of the page? I know there are a few hard money lenders here. Just call them up and see if they can help.

I searched the link from this site and found a few hard money lenders. I am still having a small problem called credit :-o . Are there any lenders that lend on ARV only or am I dreaming.

mortgage brokers sometimes have very close connections to hml that lend on the basis of ARV. they charge a fee, but if your profit is large enough you me be able to afford it
