Good Book
Can anyone recommend a good and thorough book on lease options? I have a pretty good understanding or real estate investing and I would really like to start looking into lease options since I feel as if thats the best way to go with my investing right now. No matter how many books you read, seminars you attend or black magic you use, nothing will come close than working one on one with a mentor who have made the errors so you don't repeat them and is willing to work with you on a one to one basis.
Check the internet, find a great mentor and get going! Just like I did and it was worth it!
