Generic Lease-Option Agreement
Howdy,
Does anyone have a copy of a lease-option agreement you use for 'purchasing' and a lease with option to buy agreement you use for tenant-buyers that you can share. I understand that each needs to be tailored for the specific situation, I'm looking for a template to start with.

This probably sounds silly, but I found one by doing a search on "free lease purchase contract sample printable" this may or may not work.
Be careful with these "free" lease option downloads .... i've seen some that are a real joke and will land you in trouble... its best to have quality contracts....

changes.And by the way don't use generic cover all your bases legally.
