Friend Trying To Buy On A Lease Option
im trying to help my friend present a offer to someone who is willing to sell their house via lease option. the purchase price is 160k the average rents are 725. we would like to give the owner 3 options but dont know what to ask for in terms of rental credits and different rental amounts. the max she can pay monthly is 900. she is meeting w/ the owner tmw. thanks so much :-?
