First Time Doing Lease To Own Option, Should I Get A Laywer?

reneeschultz profile photo

I am in the process of doing a lease to own option on a house I own. This will be my first one, so was wondering if I should hire a lawyer to write up the papers or is it safe enought to use a lease to own contract that I already have?

It is much cheaper for an attorney to review the papers you already have.

I always, always, always use attorney drafted or reviewed documents.

After the first you can consider it a good investment as you can continue to use the same forms.

I don't like attorneys, but they serve a function. I can't answer that, because I don't know where you got your current Contracts. Some Courses have great Contracts, and some don't.
