First lease option
Hi All, I love this website. Tere isn't any better. My question is how do I educate the seller on a Lease Option (they have never done one before or heard of it). I gave them this website. But the one concerne that he had is that somone getting into the deal for 3 months, takeing the money and leaveing. I am working on the repor with him. But im just am not sure where to turn. He is looking for a deposit to get into it. Meaning that he is not closed minded about it. Can anyone give an sugestions? This a 2 two home deal. ones a triplex the other a single familie home.
