Finding Tenant Buyers?
Yes, just starting off in REI. Have some great contacts with FSBO's on L/O's. Can you pros out there suggest ways to attract Tenant Buyers so we have good people to fill these L/O's?? Certain adds etc. Seems like there is a ton of info on creative ways to work with the seller but not much info on how to find qualified tenants.
An ad that says: NO QUALIFYING! No Credit Check! will have the phone ringing off the hook. Place it in Homes For Sale. Don't mention L/O or anything to that effect in the ad.
